COURTNEY CALDWELL

Courtney Caldwell is the founder, publisher and editor-in chief of ROAD & TRAVEL Magazine. Inspired by her vision in 1988 to empower women with content on automotive and travel topics from which they could make informed decisions, Caldwell started the publication to help educate consumers, give women a voice in each industry, and to create awareness among industry leaders about the growing women's market.  She is also a spokesperson and consumer advocate on travel, auto and personal safety topics.

SHANNON ROCHE

Shannon Caldwell - Roche: RTMs Associate Editor & Social Media ManagerShannon Roche is the social media manager and associate editor for Road & Travel Magazine. She has been with RTM for 25 years, since its launch in 1989. During that time, her duties have included editorial assistant, contributor, event producer and host, vehicle test driver, public relations, and spokesperson. Shannon is also a graduate of the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving.

JOHNATHAN CALDWELL

Johnathan Caldwell - RTM BloggerJohnathan Caldwell is a social media blogger for Road & Travel Magazine. In addition to his blogging duties, Johnathan also serves as RTM's IT advisor and provides editorial support as needed. He has worked for RTM since 2010 and is also a part-time college student with major in math and minor in journalism.

DENISE MCCLUGGAGE

LiDENISE MCCLUGGAGEke the man surprised to learn he had been speaking prose all his life, Denise McCluggage is surprised to find she has been a pioneer. She just thought she was doing things she liked to do- among them drive fast cars and write about those who drove even faster cars. Denise reviews European cars for RTM and was recently named RTM's International Editor.  She also contribute's to RTM's travel advice section. She was involved at the inception of Competition Press (now AutoWeek) for which she is a columnist and is senior-contributing editor.  Denise was named and honored as RTM's first Lifetime Achievement Award recipient in 2004. BOB PLUNKETT

BBOB PLUNKETTob Plunkett is a veteran automotive reporter whose articles have appeared in industry and consumer magazines for 25 years. He currently produces syndicated automotive reports published weekly in 100+ newspapers across America, putting the reader in the driver's seat for a hands-on feel of a vehicle. An adventurer, Plunkett has raced cars, scaled mountains, dived with sharks and ran across entire countries to research his articles. For the decade of the 1980s he reported on automotive subjects for an Arkansas newspaper, and during this time wrote speeches for a young Arkansas governor, Bill Clinton.

MARTHA HINDES
Martha Hindes - Contributing Writer for RTMMartha Hindes is a long time automotive journalist who has written for a variety of publications throughout her career. Her unique and conversational style of writing automotive reviews reaches deep into the heart of the everyday consumer, which contributes significantly to their understanding of new cars, especially hybrids and electric vehicles. Martha has freelanced for print and online publications for more than 30 years and has been a regular contributor to RTM since the early 90s. In addition to her love of cars, Martha is also a singer at her community church.
JEFF VOTH
Jeff Voth interest in cars ranges from the muscle cars of the 60’s and 70’s, to the flamboyant and overpriced automobiles of the 80's, to the technologically sophisticated vehicles of today. He currently nurtures this passion as the editor-in-chief of CarNews Media. Jeff's automotive and travel reviews are published weekly and enjoyed by over 15 million readers in the U.S. and Canada.
KAREN SCHALER
KAREN SCHALERKaren Schaler, is a two-time Emmy Award-Winning travel writer published in The New Yorker, The Boston Globe, U.S. Airways, Hemispheres, Go Magazine and Food & Life. She specializes in luxury and adventure travel and has explored more than 25 countries. AMANDA CASTLEMANAmanda Castleman, RTM's European travel editor, has lived in England, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey. Her features have appeared in the International Herald Tribune, Italy Daily, the UK's Daily Mail, MSNBC, Wired, Salon, Time Out, The Athens News, The Seattle Post-Intelligencer and on the BBC. TOM WUCKOVICH
TOM WUCKOVICH Tom Wuckovich is a veteran, award-winning travel writer and former senior editor with AAA Going Places magazine. He currently divides his time between free lancing for several publications and working as an editor for The Tampa Tribune Sunbelt Newspapers. When Tom's not in the office, he can be found roaming the Caribbean or exploring Europe.
BEN LYONS
BEN LYONSBen Lyons, RTM's cruise line correspondent, is a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy and has served as a deck officer on both cargo and cruise ships. Having been fascinated with ships since he was 5, Ben spends up to 8 months a year at sea working and traveling and has gone on more than 30 cruises and visited well over 100 different ships. He has written for magazines such as Cruise Travel and Porthole and contributes frequently to various guidebooks, internet sites and magazines in the US, Australia and the UK.
