AWRT Pick-Up Truck Buyer's Guide
by Steve Siler

In the not-too-distant past, pickups were practically a different breed of automobile. High up, rough-riding and difficult to muscle around town, trucks were generally too tall and too uncomfortable to be considered for use as daily transportation. Therefore, we never would have considered the beastly things viable alternatives to the sedans, minivans and SUVs that had been serving our families so loyally (and comfortably) over the years.

But oh how the climate has changed. So diverse have our interests become that we now demand utility just as much as space and comfort. And so good have trucks become that they now offer as much comfort and space as utility. It's evolution of species -both ours and that of the pickup.
