Currently, Lanesboro, MN is offering a three-day ladies getaway package, with accommodations at the Stone Mill Suites Historic Inn at the Lanesboro FEED MILL. This 1885 building houses 10 themed suites, exclusive to the history of the building, and Lanesboro’s irresistible charm. The Suites provide the comforts of double whirlpool baths, iron-claw fireplaces, lofts, and captivating décor with peace, elegance and most importantly a fun lodging experience. Stone Mill Suites Historic Inn provides a generous expanded continental breakfast with European Bakery items from Lanesboro Pastry Shop.
A hospitality reception of cheese and locally grown and produced Lanesboro Scenic Valley Wine will inaugurate the weekend getaway. The wine is made using only local fruit such as raspberry, plum, apple, grapes, strawberry and of course, the famous rhubarb. Lanesboro is known for having the only Rhubarb Festival in Minnesota the first weekend in June each year. A visit to the winery will uncover unique discoveries such as cooking wines made from green peppers and onions.
